By purchasing any of Training services; online or in-person as listed on this site, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You are also agreeing that you are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise, and your participation involves a risk of injury.
Payments:
Personal Training, Online Coaching however you prefer to make a direct bank transfer or pay via PayPal.

Personal Training Services:
Are subject to change at the discretion of fit4life coach. One to one (and semi-private) personal training services include; the delivery of 60 minute workouts; virtually (live video stream e.g. Zoom) or in-person (at home or local gym), bespoke program design and nutrition support. We require the completion of a PAR-Q (Physical Readiness questionnaire) before commencing any personal training service for insurance purposes.

Session Credit Expiry Period:
Upon a period of inactivity (no personal training session bookings), any unused credit will expire after a period list on the plan activity. -
Session Slot Policy:
You will automatically attain your personal training slot(s) each week when purchasing session credit blocks (minimum of 1 sessions per month), however should you take prolonged breaks from your sessions regardless of how much credit you have, you risk losing your preferred training slot. Slot session will be booked on availability by fit4life coach. However should you provide notice of long periods when you cannot train, we will do our best to accommodate. -
Refund and cancellation policy:
Fit4Life coach Personal Training requires a minimum of 24hrs notice to any one to one (or semi-private) personal training session changes or cancellations. Booking cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will result in a full session charge/loss of session credit. However, we may not charge for cancellations with less than 24hrs in extenuating circumstances. Bookings for bank holidays or other public holidays will require a minimum of 72hrs notice for cancellation or change of session booking. We do not offer refunds on any Personal Training Services as standard. The payment represents the support and preparation outside of sessions as well as the sessions themselves. -
Communication:
Wherever possible I will respond to any communications within 24 hours during the week. Not including holidays. -
Injury Rehabilitation Policy:
I understand that there are times that you may not be able to participate in the session due to an injury. But this does not mean you should not train at all. As long as you give me 24 hours’ notice I can plan an alternative session for you to take into consideration your injury. It is important to keep the momentum going!

Online Coaching services:
Are subject to change at the discretion of Fit4Life coach. Online coaching services include; 1 x Welcome Pack (downloaded after purchase), including diet Assessment form, Consultation form, Lifestyle form and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), 1 phone/video call (witch you prefer) for introduction and induction on your program card. To ensure you understand the layout of your program card 1 x 4 week bespoke training program designed specific to you and your goals, for the gym or at home making the most of any equipment you have available. The training plan includes video demonstrations to exercises. We require the completion of a PAR-Q (Physical Readiness questionnaire) before commencing Online Coaching service.

Termination of Online Coaching:
We will terminate your online coaching service with us when you fail to pay monthly direct debit within one week of due date or failure to pay full upfront payment within 3 days of commencing new package. Sharing detailed information about the process with other parties. -
Missing check-in/review dates:
If you miss a check-in/review date set with your PT coach it does not ‘carry over’ you will need to wait until the next review date the following week. If you miss the last check-in of your Online Coaching period, you will not get a check-in/review until you purchase another Online Coaching package or renew your subscription.

Digital Products:
Included as part of any of the services on the Online coaching website are delivered via email and you do not have permission to share or sell training programs/nutritional information provided to you with any other parties/persons not working directly with Fit4Life Coach. Fit4Life Coach Personal Training also reserves the right to use images provided during the course of your time with Fit4Life Personal Training for marketing uses. However we will always notify you prior to any images/videos that will be used for permission.
